Fresh Thyme Grand Opening {Review} #FreshThyme

Disclosure: I participated in a campaign on behalf of Fresh Thyme. I received a complimentary gift to facilitate my review and thank me for my participation.

I was driving down our street a couple of months ago when I saw a sign for a new store. I absolutely love supporting local farmers and I am always purchasing organic food, so I was extremely excited to see Fresh Thyme Farmers Market being built and only minutes from our home in Downers Grove.

If you are not familiar with Fresh Thyme, it is a combination of a cute little farmers market and your friendly neighborhood grocery store. It is quite the unique shopping experience that you will instantly fall in love with.

Why I love Fresh Thyme:

· Natural meat, raised without hormones

· Seafood flown in daily

· Hearty breads and delicious treats from local artisan bakeries and hot out of our ovens

· Healthy meals made in our kitchens which are ready to eat on the run

· Barrels full of natural and organic bulk foods

· Aisles of nutritious and delicious groceries

· Earth-friendly cleaning supplies

· Specialty foods

· Gluten-free and dairy-free options

· Plus a whole department filled with vitamins, supplements and pure body care products.

I really enjoy grocery shopping when I am kid-free, and have been taking full advantage of some late night grocery shopping trips to Fresh Thyme. They have had some killer deals since their Grand Opening and I have been reaping the benefits!

Last night I snagged some packages of their .88 cent Organic Grape Tomatoes and $2 Organic Romain Lettuce –which we had tonight for our taco salad - YUM, and lots more for such a great price!

Having Fresh Thyme so close to our house has been a huge blessing for our family because I am able to feed my family fresh organic foods while saving time and money because the deals are great and it is so close to our house.

If you are in the Downers Grove area you should stop by Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and grab some yummy treats! Plus, follow them on Facebook and sign up for their email newsletter for some great deals and coupons.

  1. I wish I had this place near me. I love buying organic foods and usually have to go to a big grocery store.
