Be Your Best Self with thinkThin {Review}

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post by thinkThin. However, these opinions are 100% my own.

My children fuel my soul just as delicious healthy food fuels my body during the day.

My New Year’s resolution this year has been focused around being my best self and living life with no regrets. Being positive is a big one for me, and I honestly believe that when I am healthy and have energy during the day, I am happy, which most importantly means my kids are happy.

One of the things that keep me healthy is eating well. I know that the food we put in our body plays a huge role in how we feel. When I choose good, wholesome food, I am in control of my body, plus I feel empowered. When I feel empowered, I am more positive and have more energy - it is a great, continuous cycle.

The hard part is, eating good, wholesome food is not always easy or convenient.

Everyone knows that changing eating habits can be challenging, so for me having a stocked pantry is a must and makes eating healthy easier. Honestly, it is quite easy to eat a piece of cake, or perhaps the whole cake, when it's the only option in your home! For this reason, I try to have lots of healthy snacks available so when I am tempted I can make the right choice.

Healthy snacks don't have to be BORING and bland, and in fact, there are many yummy snacks and treat options available these days. It is amazing what you can find.

For instance, I love thinkThin Protein Bars! They are a delicious, high protein brand with 0 grams of sugar. Right from the beginning I was impressed with the great flavors of the bars! I love the Chunky Peanut Butter, Brownie Crunch and Caramel Fudge High Protein Bars. I am a sucker for peanut butter and also really enjoy the Chocolate Peanut Butter Toffee - yum!

I love the fact that they have no refined sugars, are gluten free, and are a good source of fiber. These bars are so yummy that they are definitely a treat that I didn't feel guilty about.

  1. I have had different Think Thin bars and I have to say that they are one of my favorite brands. I love having them in the afternoon at work especially the 150 calorie bars.
