GALT {Review & Giveaway} (closed)

Summer is quickly approaching and I'm sure many of you busy moms like me are wondering how you will be able to entertain your kids all day long. Galt Toys, a well-respected and established product line based in the UK, has recently become available to parents in the US and is reaching out to families to remind them what it means to play, the benefits of doing so, and the joy behind it.
There is nothing more special than playing one-on-one with your children.  Those are the kinds of memories that both a parent and child will cherish for years to come.  I make sure that amid the daily chaos of work, cleaning, shopping, running errands, etc. that I still take the time to play with my kids.  Galt's great educational and developmental toys are not only entertaining but also help strengthen children--enriching their minds, abilities, and more!
Galt has recently launched The Galt Toys Dr. Miriam Collection, a collaboration with parenting guru Dr. Miriam Stoppard.  Her line of 21 wooden, plastic and soft toys offer a host of engaging features for little hands and minds to explore with mom or dad, and comes complete with helpful “play guides” developed by Dr. Miriam to help parents navigate play time with their little ones.
Galt also has several other collections for all ages including Puzzles & Games, Active Play & Construction, Creative Arts & Craft Cases, Activity Books, Science & Discovery games, and 2 unique collections for young girls: B Glam and Girl Club.
Having kids of both genders and ranging from ages newborn to 7 years old, I can really appreciate the variety of Galt's toys and was so happy to be able to review a few of their products!  We received a Giant Peep O Book, Fill and Spill Barn, Jungle Pals Skittles, and the Galt First Sewing Kit.
The Giant Peep O Book is an 8-page soft book with interactive fabric flaps.  The bright colors are great for my baby and I know he will enjoy opening the flaps once he is old enough.
The Fill and Spill Barn is part of the Dr. Miriam collection.  It is an adorable little wooden barn with 8 farm animals. My toddler enjoys playing with the animals, putting them in the barn, and taking them out.  The toy is great for hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
The Jungle Pals Skittles is a super fun bowling game that comes with 6 soft animal themed pins and a soft ball.  All of my kids love taking turns rolling the ball and seeing how many pins they can knock down.
The Galt First Sewing Kit was perfect for my almost 7-year-old daughter.  It included 5 sewing kits to make a butterfly bag, neck purse, picture frame, notepad cover and pencil case.  To sew, you simpy stitch the pre-punched sections together with the cord and then once you are done you can decorate with foam shapes and stick-on gems.  My daughter really loved this and I even helped her with a few of the things and thought it was pretty fun as well.  My grandma taught me to sew at a young age and this is the perfect way to help children learn to sew!
Overall, we really loved all of the items we received from Galt.  Each had it's own unique features and catered to my children.  Most of all, they all allowed me to interact and play with my children in an uplifting and educational manner.

Make sure to visit the Galt Toys website for more information on their toys and to make purchases from their collection

Galt is giving away their awesome FOLDING TRAMPOLINE to one of our lucky readers!!
A big THANK YOU to Galt for providing me with free toys to review.  I was not compensated for this review. I receive product(s) for free so that I can provide my insight and experience. These are my honest opinions. Your experience may vary.
