My family has always been a huge fan of the olympics. I remember being little and always getting sick right when the Winter Olympics were on. I would lay on the couch watching the races while drinking apple juice and eating toast. Although I was sick, I still have fond memories of the Olympics and have loved them ever since.
In 2010 the Winter Olympics were in my home town, Vancouver, Canada. I had such a great time watching them, and seeing my home town on T.V. made me so happy since I was living in the US at the time.
That summer we traveled home to Canada and were able to visit Whistler and all the Olympic sites, and of course take photos of the Olympic rings which was quite a amazing!
