The new year is a new start, so why not toss your old, yucky makeup and get a fresh start with Mineral Fusion!
I am a regular customer at Whole Foods, which just happens to be where I learned about Mineral Fusion. Being the leader of natural cosmetics, I knew I wanted to learn more about this great company. Based out of Denver, Mineral Fusion began in 2007 and has grown tremendously in the last several years!
Mineral Fusion sells a wide range of products from shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, and have a full skincare line that are free of gluten, parabens, talc, artificial colors, synthetic fragrances, SLS, and phthalates.
I was delighted to review a few products from Mineral Fusion and have been very impressed with each one. Having a love for makeup and keeping to my goal of using only natural cosmetics, I couldn't resist trying some items from their makeup line.
The first item I received was their Neutral Concealer. I've noticed over the last few years that my skin has not been the same and I have been relying more on concealer to cover up my blemishes. I've found it difficult to find one that is free of harsh chemicals, so I was very happy to find this product.
Their concealer is neat because it is duo-shade, so you can match it perfectly to your skin tone. I am a little weary about ordering things like concealer online because I never know if it will be the right shade, but not with this one. I can mix both shades together until I get the right one, plus I've found that I need different shades for different areas of face.
Mineral Fusion concealer is also extremely creamy and feels flawless on my skin. Its Gluten free, paraben free and hypoallergenic and can be used with all skin types. It really is amazing!
The Fragile is perfect for the everyday use. It comes with a rich matte coffee and matte vanilla, plus a shimmering taupe adding just a touch of sparkle!
Then when I want more of a drastic look I have been enjoying Stunning, which is a shimmering caramel, chocolate brown & cream.
Both of these trios have been lovely and I just love the fact that they are three in one, making it easier and faster to apply my makeup.
Lastly, being a little obsessed with golds this season, I wanted to try out their Gold Rush - Nail Polish. I love the fact that their nail polish is Formaldehyde, toulene, camphor and dibutyl pthalate free, plus it is long-lasting chip resistant. I've worn this multiple times, plus my daughters have enjoyed wearing it on their little toes and it looks absolutely adorable!
