Remember the review I did for JumpStart & Dreamworks' School of Dragons game HERE? Well now they have officially launched on Facebook--giving the game’s millions of users a social, cross-platform way to engage in an immersive How to Train Your Dragon gaming world!
School of Dragons is a 3D educational MMORPG based on DreamWorks Animation’s How to Train Your Dragon franchise, and it gives fans of the franchise an interactive, virtual space to immerse themselves in a land filled with the characters they know and love, along with millions of other players in the game. The game was first launched free to play on all web browsers in July 2013, and now online users can access the game through one of the most prominent social media platforms in existence — Facebook.
The current features in School of Dragons include live MMO gameplay, intense social interactions with friend lists and exclusive Viking clans, detailed story quests, and thorough educational quests based on The Next Generation Science Standards. Also, the game fully integrates themes from the How to Train Your Dragon franchise by letting players create and customize their own avatars, adopt and train their own dragon, and create their own community within the School of Dragons and the Island of Berk.
