2013 Holiday Gift Guide: Graco Little Lounger (Review)

Whenever I am around my parents or in-laws and the conversation turns to babies and baby products, I can't tell you how many times I've heard, "we never had anything like that when we had babies!"

I feel so blessed to live in a time where innovation is so prevalent. Even from my first daughter to now, I have witnessed the progression of baby products and am continually amazed at what companies come up with.

Last Thursday, I had the wonderful opportunity of going to the Graco Little Lounger Event, sponsored by Graco and hosted by Emily from the Baby Dickey blog.
This event was awesome because we got to see the Graco Little Lounger in action! Surrounded by adorable babies who put this product to the test, I was instantly hooked at how much they enjoyed their little lounger! We also got to spend some time getting pampered by Rachel from rdArtistry.
The Graco Little Lounger has so many unique, fun features, I am very excited to use this product with my soon-to-be little girl arriving this march! I know she is going to love it… and can I add myself as well, as she doses off and gives me some ME time!
The Little Lounger was very simple to put together. It took me all of about 10 minutes to click in all the pieces and to get it up and running. What I liked when setting up the Little Lounger was the fact that there wasn't really a wrong way of putting it together because all the buttons and snaps only went together one way. I tend to like to put things together fast, and sometimes I realize after the product is put together that a piece is in the wrong spot… but not with the Little Lounger!
There are some great features to this product that I have highlighted below!
Little Lounger Features Include:
2-in-1: Rocking Seat + Vibrating Lounger - The Little Lounger is like the ultimate bassinet! I don't have a lot of room beside my bed, so this will be perfect for my little girl to sleep in. Plus it can rock and vibrate, a must-have feature when it comes to sleeping products.
Rock Locks™ transform the rocker into a stationary vibrating lounger - When you you done rocking you can click the feet down so it won't move.

Multi-position recline makes it easy to keep baby comfortable - I know from experience that my babies are not always great laying flat when they are a new born, so I absolutely love this feature. I normally shove blankets or pillows underneath, slanting their sleeping position, which never really works that great, so this is really a life savor for me! Plus it's super easy to change the recline position. Just pull on the material shown in the photo below and it goes up. Then you pull on the tab and it goes down. Easy, Peasy!
Toy bar with two soft toys keeps baby entertained - Babies are so curious and watching the little babies at the party interact so well with the toys was really fun! My little boy (a little big, but a great model!) did not want to get out, and actually threw a little tantrum when I got him out! He loved it!
3-point harness keeps baby secure - This is a very important one to me because it will keep my mind at ease knowing that my little girl is snug and secure in her harness. When my son was little he slid down in his bassinet because I had him slanted and not enough support below him. LOVE this feature!
One last feature and another favorite… is the storage feature. We don't have a ton of space in our home, so it's nice that I can fold it up when I'm not using it. Plus, if you haven't noticed already, it stands all on its own, so you can fold it and leave it. Bonus!
