Hi! My name is Kelly and I’m a 26-year-old mother of three boys! Here is a little about my journey!

After having three kids in two and a half years, my body was shot. I decided that it was time for me to get back into shape and have a hot body again. As soon as I got the okay from the doctor post baby #3, I hit the pavement. I ran for 2-3 months. Didn’t loose anything. My clothes still were tight (maternity clothes) and I was very emotional and grumpy. We moved across country and I decided to try again. I was going to the gym a few days a week and trying to watch what I was eating. Four months later without any results, I decided to step it up. I was at the gym 6 days a week for 2+ hours, measuring food and calories. After 2 months I had lost 4 pounds. Yikes! I decided it was time for something new!

I have a friend who was getting back to her pre baby body after each baby and I was jealous! I knew that if she can do it, so can I! I decided from then on that I was going to do whatever she was doing. I told myself that I was going to try it for one month only. I was skeptical. Three weeks in I was hooked! And I haven’t looked back!

  4. Like your previous commenter, I too would like to lose 30 lbs. My best tip is to not eat more than 2 hours before bedtime and to eat 5 small meals rather than 3 large... but I've not been doing either! Hence my weighty wasteline!
