MIRA Digital Kitchen Scale with Stainless Steel Bowl REVIEW

I have always secretly wanted a food scale.  Not just for regulating portion control, but for using while baking.  So finding out that I had the chance to review the MIRA Digital Kitchen Scale with Stainless Steel Bowl (model ST95) was such a fun surprise!
With the MIRA Digital Kitchen Scale and included Stainless Steel Bowl, you can easily measure portions or combine ingredients accurately!  The scale itself has a nice readable large display with blue backlight.  There are 4 high precision sensors which allow for accurate readings with every use.  And if you don't want to use the bowl, set whatever container you like on the scale and use the TARE function and weigh whatever you desire.  I, however, happen to really LOVE the bowl that it comes with!!  It makes baking and weighing things super easy.  Mixing things as I go, the bowl allows for a smooth baking and mixing process which I really like!
I can't believe how many times I've been reaching for my MIRA Digital Kitchen Scale to help with my baking needs.  For example when a recipe calls for something measured in ounces, pounds, or grams, I reach for the scale.  Before I would have to look up measurement conversions and often get frustrated trying to figure things out.  This MIRA scale has proven to be the perfect go-to kitchen accessory!
So, overall with an 11 lb capacity, an easily readable large display with blue backlight, tare function, and a large mixing bowl, it is easy to prepare food with precision with the ST95 MIRA Digital Kitchen Scale!
A big THANK YOU to MIRA for providing me with a free scale to review.  I was not compensated for this review. I receive product(s) for free so that I can provide my insight and experience. These are my honest opinions. Your experience may vary.
