I had a chance to check out the DVD first hand and think it is great!  I really love how everything is structured.  The workouts are straight forward, easily customized, and perfect for the growing changes throughout a pregnancy!  Having something easy to do to help you stay fit and fantastic is just what every pregnant woman needs!  There is also lots of great bonus features to the DVD inlcuding tips and exercise advice from Heidi, kegel exercises, exercises fo you to do at the office/desk, and more!
