JumpStart Madagascar Review & GIVEAWAY (closed)

JumpStart “is an award-winning adventure-based 3D virtual world that is super-personalized, wildly imaginative and really fun, but don't let that fool you - it also teaches math, reading, and critical thinking skills so kids get a real jump start in life.”
My kids and I have had experience with JumpStart in the past and really loved it.  It's a great program that not only helps children develop their computer skills, but their educational skills as well.  Along with tons of fun characters, adventures, and play--the JumpStart world is full of educational value!
My kids recently saw Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, and loved the film.  Much to our surprise, JumpStart has actually incorporated an entire DreamWorks Madagascar area into their world.  My kids and I just had to try out the new area for ourselves!  With famous Madagascar scenes like the Central Park Zoo, inside you can find all of your favorite characters hanging out and having fun.  You can interact with them, play games as them, and even take a ride on the European train (which was in the Madagascar 3 movie).  My daughter and son both had fun as they explored the new area, played games, solved puzzles, and even listened to interesting facts about animals and their natural habitats.
One of my kids favorite games was this Madagascar Preschool Surf n'Slide game.  They got to collect stars and figure out puzzles as they surfed the water and ice:
In this day and age, I truly think it is important to teach our children about technology.  If done right, we can show our children just how beneficial it can be in our lives and what a great educational tool it can be as well.  Just like computer classes in schools, parents can teach their children at home using programs like JumpStart.com.  Programs that will entice your children with fun activities and educational-based learning is the way to go!  I just loved seeing how excited my kids were when they solved problems, figured out puzzles, and played the games.  Having something very recognizable, like Madagascar 3, in the game also really helped draw them in and focus as well, which I really liked.  I also like having the great parent content on the site where I can monitor activity, get helpful tips, and check out the JumpStart Blog that guides you to getting the most out of your JumpStart experience.  Overall, I can officially say we are JumpStart.com fans!
