Nutrisystem Week #21

How are you planning to stay fit this fall?  Fall and Winter seasons bring lots of great things.  I love seeing all the beautiful colors changing, curling up in warm clothes, and enjoying time with loved ones.  However, something I have never loved is the weight gain that comes from eating tons of big meals and lots of candy.  That's why this year I am happy to have the Nutrisystem program help me avoid such catastrophes!
Don't get me wrong, it's not like I will be skipping Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas this year or anything--I'm just going to enjoy them in a smarter way.  The Nutrisystem Program I have had the pleasure to take part in has really taught me a lot of food and health.  I am getting so much better at saying "no" to bad foods and thinking about what is going into my body.  I am learning about portion control, staying active, and eating good foods as well.  I am confident that I will be able to go into the next few months armed with this knowledge and prepared to not overdue it on my holiday eating.  Yes, I will still sit down and enjoy a holiday feast with my family, but I will be eating less, eating wiser, and working out a little more to balance things out.      It's just what I need to do in order to keep stable on my weight loss journey.
