Halloween, crafting, and candy just happen to be three of my favorite things. Luckily this year all three have been combined for Hershey's Boo Blvd. At Hershey's Boo Blvd you can find lots of tips and tricks for making your Halloween "frightfully fun." Check out posts from bloggers around the web on different crafts, recipes, videos and more!
I am honored to be a part of the celebration and decided to throw a girls craft night for all things Halloween. I used Reese's Pieces to make some fun Halloween cookies, added them to some popcorn for a spooky good treat, and then we indulged in some delicious bat-shaped York Peppermint Patties-- it was heaven!
We had such a great time sharing the treats and making some easy Halloween crafts. I really liked the crafts I came up with as they were super easy and super cheap. For my Spooky Skull I got a frame from the dollar store and put a cute black and white craft paper in it along with some festive ribbon. Then I simply mounted a glittered skull I had cut in half onto the paper using hot glue. It was done in minutes and made for such a cute decoration.
The second craft project I love was my Haunted plate decor. Yet again, I simply got some plates from my local dollar store (I got big and small plates) and added pop out stickers to them to create Halloween-themed art. They were super simple and super fun to make.
