Nutrisystem Week #17

After my horrible bout with illness and a brief hospitalization last week, the doctor put me on a strict liquid diet for about 5 days so I wasn't really doing the Nutrisystem program as I usually would have.
I also found out that my favorite Zumba class was put on hold until further notice.  Sheesh what a crappy week for me!  I am just starting to get back to my Nutrisystem Food and am glad to have substance again.  That's the thing about Nutrisystem--I can actually eat enjoyable food!  Muffins for breakfast, a protein shake mid morning to hold me over, a yummy lunch, I usually have veggies for a snack, then a filing dinner and desert a little later.  It just works!  The food part for me is getting easy.  The exercise and active part is what gets me.  For some reason I feel like I can stick to a solid routine.  I have found things I like and go back and forth with good weeks and bad weeks, but overall being active is where I fall short on my weight loss goals.  Anyone got any advice?  Having young kids running around seem to be my biggest hinderance.  What do you do with your kids?  I feel like I have a million things to do and then at night when I do have a chance to exercise alone, I just want to crash and relax.  Ugh!
