Week #11 here on the Nutrisystem program and going strong.
Well actually I did cheat a little over Memorial Day weekend, but besides the minor few treats, I have been staying strong! This month is going to be a big one for me! My best friend is getting married at the end of the month and I am going to try and loose 10 or more pounds by the time I go. Sounds hard, right? Well, I've found that with Nutrisystem it is actually very do-able for me! As long as I stick to the food and exercise daily--the pounds seem to slide off. When I cheat, although I do not see myself gaining back any significant weight, I don't see any weight loss. The weight only comes off when I do everything right.
For the next month I need to work my butt off, be strong, and do it!
SO, I am asking you guys if you have any of your own personal weight loss tips, motivational helpers, favorite exercises, dvds, websites, etc. I need all the help I can get! I'm asking you to share what you got with me (and with others)!!
