Parking Pal Review & GIVEAWAY (closed)

I’m sure that just like me, your heart aches every time you hear about a child being injured by a motor vehicle. The fact is that drivers have a very difficult time seeing children around vehicles- especially in parking lots and driveways. I personally know people who have been affected by tragedies of this nature and so I was so happy to see people developing products like the Parking Pal to help aid child safety with vehicles!
When running errands with the kids, I constantly worry about them bolting or wandering off in parking lots. Whether you are busy loading or unloading a kid in a car seat, putting bags away, etc., it only takes a second for a child to wander away from you and into danger. The Parking Pal provides a fun way for kids to stay safe and help reduce injuries to children in parking lots!!
Parking Pals are colorful and fun “child-enticing” magnets that you place on the side of your vehicle which have a picture of a palm on it—where kids can place their hands on. This allows them to stay in a safe area where you know they will be. Have them stay there with their hand on the Parking Pal, until you are able to assist them into the car or away from the vehicle.
I was so happy to able to review a Parking Pal with our kids and see the product in action! Even though I am constantly teaching my 3 1/2 year-old daughter that vehicles are dangerous and cannot see little kids like her, I found that the Parking Pal really helped reinforce just how dangerous parking lots are. Having a spot for my daughter to stay while I got her little brother out of his car seat, made me so much more comfortable knowing exactly where she would be when I was done and knowing that she was safe. My daughter really enjoyed having her own special little “tool” and actually gets excited to put her hand on the magnet and wait for mommy or daddy. The colorful design and the cute palm print are great visual aids that not only remind the children what they are supposed to be doing, but make it an enjoyable experience as well. I can really see how the simple Parking Pal magnets are able to make such a huge impact on child safety and definitely recommend them to every parent out there!
(It was very windy and she couldn't keep her eyes open for the picture.  LOL)
You can browse through all of the different Parking Pal magnet styles and choose out the perfect one to match your child’s personality! I also suggest that you should get one for each of your children so they all feel included and have their own special safe spots!
Having the Parking Pal on my car has not only helped me feel more confident about my own children’s safety, but it has also made me more conscious to watch for other children and drive extra carefully in parking lots and drive ways. Overall, the product is educational on both ends of the perspective!!
