GreenPan Rotterdam Collection Review & Giveaway (Closed)

GreenPan is an eco-friendly cookware company.  Their products are a unique, safer alternative to the traditional non-stick kitchen products.

GreenPan uses a new Thermolon technology, which is heat resistant up to 450 degrees Celcius. Many other non-stick coatings, when heated above 260 degrees Celcius, release toxic chemicals caused by PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene).

After researching GreenPan’s new Thermolon technology, I was thrilled at the opportunity to review their products! I received one of their Rotterdam Collection open fry pans, from their professional cookware.  This 20cm fry pan has been great for sautéing onions, cooking eggs and even making sauces! The curved sides are great for pouring.  We have a gas stove, so our pot handles are always too hot to touch. With the extra long handles and the silicon protector, I am burn proof! I have been very pleased with the healthy non-stick Thermolon technology.  knowing that my pans are not releasing toxic chemicals into my food is definitely a plus!  These pans are really easy to clean, just use a little soapy water and a washcloth. The silicone handle is also easily removable, so the entire pan gets clean, eliminating areas for bacteria growth.
